Robert C. Wright | Executive Director
Robert C Wright’s position at Employment Screening Services is Executive Director. As Executive Director Robert manages the day to day operations overseeing and delegating responsibilities to the ESS staff. He has spent his entire adult life involved in some way with Law Enforcement. First as a Cadet with the Niagara County Sheriff’s Department in New York, then as a Patrolman with the Village of Middleport, New York. He moved to Arizona and worked as a Deputy Sheriff for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office where he was a Field Training Officer before becoming President of the Deputies Law Enforcement Association (DLEA) and a board member of the Arizona Professional Police Officers Association (APPOA). Robert continues to study Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law giving the ESS family of the client’s a great resource to draw from.
Rosario Wright | President
Rosario Wright is the President of Employment Screening Services. She is the driving force and motivation behind ESS. Rosario is bilingual (Spanish/English) and derives from South America. She has resided in the United States since 2003. Rosario worked for a marketing company in South America for 10 years before moving to the United States. Rosario holds her Minority and Women-owned Business Development Certifications.
Andre Scott | Project Operations Manager
Andre’ Scott is Employment Screening Service’s Project Operations Manager. Andre brings his understanding of the criminal justice system from his 20 plus years with the Buffalo Police Department where he served as a Patrolman, Community Liaison and School Resource Officer. Andre’s dedication to the ESS family of clients is unparalleled due to his attention to detail and customer service. ESS clients have often commented on Andre’s kind, caring and compassionate demeanor.
Sara Gruszka | Accountant / Office Manager
Sara Gruszka is the Accountant/Office Manager at Employment Screening Services. Sara earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) Buffalo. Sara brings her 10 plus years of accounting, human resources, and customer service experience to the ESS family. Clients often comment on Sara’s organization and attention to detail. Sara’s customer service skills are second to none.
Jeanette Guash | Data Analyst / Receptionist
Jeanette is the newest member of the Employment Screening Services team. Her bright and bubbly personality creates a welcoming environment at Employment Screening Services. Her many years in the customer service industry have made her attentive to our clients’ needs. She takes pride in providing exceptional service to our clients. She is a motivated worker with strong organizational and prioritization abilities. Her attention to detail ensures quality results are delivered to the client every time.
Geoffrey Weeks | Lead Researcher/Paralegal
Geoffrey is the newest edition to the Employment Screening Services Team and brings along with him an educational background and field experience that will help us continue our current success. Geoffrey graduated from Iona College with honors, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, with a focus on threat assessment and research. With the United States Marshal Service (USMS), Geoffrey was able to have hands-on experience conducting threat research that helped protect federal judges along with gaining valuable insight from the USMS team as a whole. As Lead Research Specialist Geoffrey will carry on the extensive background checks ESS provides. Our clients will benefit from Geoffrey’s education and field experience.
